Walnut Pumpkin Pie
Made pumpkin pie for the first time ever using this recipe. It was pretty good. The only thing I would do different is maybe squeeze a tad bit of orange in it and bake it a lil longer before putting on the topping. I am using a German oven and it cooks different.

Asparagus and Smoked Salmon Salad
This is a good receipe! I did not have salmon on hand at the time so I use can tuna, still good.

Baked Beans I
Even though I did not personally taste this recipe (I'm Vegan) my husband and kids absolutely loved it. Very simple to prepare and filled my kitchen with a nice sweet and tangy aroma.
