Barbie's Tuna Salad
This is the best tuna salad recipe I have ever had! I did follow the advice of others and used only 4 tablespoons of mayo and I only used 1 tablespoon of relish. Also, I used a little less dill. All in all, it is a wonderful recipe!

Italian Orange Roughy
I did not find this good at all. Neither did my fiance'. I don't know if I did something wrong, but I usually have no problems cooking fish.
