Chocolate Crinkles II

Impressive looking and great tasting. Super easy. Small changes...added 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract, only one teaspoon of vanilla, added 3/4 cup of milk chocolate chips, used non-stick tin foil instead of parchment, baked for 15 minutes. Used a tablespoon measurement ice cream scoop to measure out the dough. Big fluffy cookie. SO SO SO good. Please try these cookies, you will not be sorry.

Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers

OH MY GAWSH. This recipe is so good and so easy. If I could give it 20 stars, I would. Seriously. Only change I made is I used Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate.

French Bread

This is one of the best and EASIEST bread recipes. I too like others do not have a bread machine - used my kitchenaid and mixed ingredients for 9 minutes before first rising and the results were terrific. Dough will not be sticky like most recipes. I omitted the sesame seeds. First loaf gone in 10 minutes...second one gone a few minutes later...GREAT RECIPES. MUST TRY!!

Banana Crumb Muffins

If my picky kids will eat this - then they are goood! I did not make muffins, I baked the batter in a square pyrex glass dish. Perfect. Even the hubby said he loved this recipe.

Apple Crisp IV

This is a fabulous apple crisp recipe. Especially good when re-heated in microwave for 10 seconds then topped with Vanilla Bean Breyers ice-cream. Oh wow.

Best Brownies

Make these and you'll definitely satisfy your chocolate craving. HEAVEN! The only change I made (not a big one at all). I did not butter the pan...I used nonstick aluminum foil to line the pan. MMM...MMMMM..MMMMMM.

No Bake Cookies III

HOLY MOLY! These babies are great. Mommy, Daddy, and Kids approved. I followed the advice of another rater and let the ingredients "rapid boil" for one whole minute. Put them in the fridge for 25 minutes for a rapid cool down and PERFECTION! Have the milk ready for these!!!

Creamy Rice Pudding

This recipe is FANTASTIC. I would give this recipe 100 stars if I could! The only change I made is I used 2% milk and a bit less sugar. Kinda like one of those moments where I turned into a kid again saying mmmmmmmmm after every spoonful. Yum.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Blonde Brownies I
