Potato Chicken Stew
Very good, hearty stew. I did have to add about 3x the amount of flour to get it to thicken up. Also, instead of dirtying multiple pans to cook the chicken & onions, I just put oil in the pot along with a pressed clove of garlic to cook the chicken, then added onions to sauté. From there I added the rest as instructed, (except I used raw potato) and simmered everything for 1 1/2 hours and served over rice. A very quick and easy meal to prepare.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
Simple and delicious! I doubled the amount of jalepenos, and they seemed to get hotter the longer they were in the dip. I also baked it for 20 minutes on 400. It was a hit at the holiday party.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I've made this stuffing for 6 years straight and it's a hit every time. I don't always stuff the bird, so I took the suggestion of someone here and put the stuffing in a crockpot, set on low for 3 hours and it turns out awesome & moist. If you prefer it drier, you could remove it from the CP and bake for 20-30min. One adjustment I do make is to use 2-4 less ounces of meat than called for, I think it balances the flavor and texture out better.
