I call myself a professional because I get paid to bake...I am the baker and assistant manager of our local school kitchen...I bake for 6 schools in our district...I bake from scratch, wheat breads, cakes, muffins, crisps, foccacias, cookies... Breads are definately my favorite things to make...I've been baking breads for over 30 years... Many varieties of cookies at Christmas... Feeding the masses, that seem to gravitate to my home, every, single day, with extremely limited resources... First loaf of bread when I was newly married...it's probably still in one piece, in some landfill, somewhere...
