Banana Bran Muffins
These muffins turned out a little strange, they were so moist that they almost don't seem to be cooked through. I subistituted the butter for applesauce to cut calories so maybe that had something to do with it. I don't really care for these muffins but my boyfriend sure doesn't mind them!
