Coconut Oatmeal Cookies I
Not bad, but a bit too sweet for my taste. There wasn't really anything special about these cookies, even though I LOVE coconut and I LOVE oatmeal cookies... I'm not sure what it is but they just tasted bleh to me. Will not make again.

Crackle Top Molasses Cookies
Possibly my favorite cookie to bake so far. Used half brown sugar/white sugar. AMAZING! In order to make the flattened look, I rolled it into a ball first, rolled it in sugar, and flattened it with my palm. Then I sprinkled on some more sugar to give it a "sparkly" look.

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables
WOW. What an amazing dish! I used an entire onion, and cooked the turkey with italian seasoning/garlic salt/salt & pepper first. Make sure to over-season your turkey because the taste will die down after you add it to everything else! In the beginning, my turkey tasted WAY too salty (by itself) and I was definitely worried. However, after adding it to the veggie mix and adding the tomatoes/paste (2+ Tb of paste!) it tasted fantastic. I couldn't stop eating them even before putting it in the peppers... I also used red peppers because they looked prettier, but I think for next time I'll use green because red peppers ended up a bit too tangy for such a dish. When I was cooking the veggies, I also made sure that they were all fully cooked before putting the turkey back in.
