Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
OMG!!! My husband said he could literally eat this until he got sick! It is so good. I also didn't use quite as much sugar/cinnamon as called for, and I used just regular old vanilla extract. This is my new favorite dessert recipe.

Banana Bread VIII
This was the best recipe. And super easy and helpful when I was in a pinch-I didn't have any eggs but promised the kiddos we could make banana bread! I followed a previous suggestion and only used 1 cup of flour. It made it much more moist and gooey!!! Yummy!

Butter Cream Frosting II
I made this exactly as written. It is awesome. BUT, it does make a ton!!! I would half the recipe.
