Becky's Oatmeal Carmelitas
I have made these countless times, and have yet to find anyone who does not LOVE them. The oatmeal gives them chewiness and substance, the nuts and chocolate chips add a little crunch- a wonderful combination with the smooth caramel!

My Best Clam Chowder
My husband and father, clam chowder aficionados, both love this recipe. I don't make any changes to the recipe, and it always tastes fabulous! Perfect balance of flavors and textures.

Mom's Pumpkin Pie
I have been baking this pie every Thanksgiving for five years, and everyone LOVES it- even those who don't normally care for pumpkin pie. I follow the recipe exactly and have great results. It's creamy with just the right balance of spices.
