Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

SOOOO easy, wonderful, and delicious! Leftovers the next day were terrific, too. Will definetly make again but use only 1/4 tsp of pepper. Hubby couldn't get enough and he hates veggies. He is asking for it again next week, and I'm happy to do it!!!

Bourbon Chicken

I loved it and wouldn't change a thing! Husband said he could taste the alcohol and was too sweet, so that's why I rated a four. I'll definetly make again, but maybe when he's out of town...haha

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Good base recipe. To "enhance" though, use thawed shredded hashbrowns, 1 can cream of chicken, 3/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 Tbsp chopped onion, 2 1/3 cups cheddar cheese, follow baking instructions but at the last 5 minutes cover top with more cheese and place back in oven til melted.

I've made this twice. Use Corrine's suggestions for improvement, but even after that it's still just a slightly above average recipe (why I gave four stars). I'm still looking for something better, though...

Luscious Slush Punch

Yummy...I spiked it with a whole bottle of gin and used about 1 liter of club soda with just a little lemon-lime soda, otherwise it would've just been too sweet. It went quick at a couples poker night we hosted-I had to break out the second bag. Give yourself time to thaw it, too.

Baked Corn

Can't say enough about this recipe! Everyone loves it and there is never any left over. It's so quick & easy to make, too! Add the water, why is everyone trying to make that more difficult than it really is? This is now a staple in our household.

Broccoli Rice Casserole

This recipe is absolutely delicious; even my husband ate & LIKED it, and he avoids anything green (just like a little kid)! However, I prefer recipes that aren't so time consuming and mess up that many dishes.
