I'm a culinary school drop-out (financial not grade reasons). While I may not cook professionally, I still love to cook for family and friends. I love cooking soups, stews and chili's. I love making appetizers as well. I also love to bake, but sadly I don't get to as often anymore. More like a baking triumph - double chocolate baked alaska - on my first try.
