Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies
I got so many compliments on these cookies. Everyone loved them. I too added 1 tsp of vanilla and I used 1/2 c. raisins and 1/2 c. craisins. This will definitely be one of my top cookie recipes.

Bacon Roasted Chicken
Delicious! My husband LOVED it. The only thing I did differently was that I added fresh rosemary and I used chicken broth instead of beef broth. The bacon was wonderful. Oh, I forgot to put the butter on the chicken and it was still very moist.
