About this Cook
I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kids ages 4 and under. I love baking, desserts in particular, but guess how often that happens. My new specialty is quick and easy and trying to make kids' favorites healthy.

Honey Mustard Sauce
I made this (actually my 5 year old made this) for dipping "The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets" and it was a delicous combination. I think he added extra honey, but it was still really good. I think you have to beat it to get the ingredients to stay together and not seperate.

The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets
These chicken nuggets really are the best ever. We are big Chick-fil-a fans and these were definitely comparable. I made Honey Mustard Sauce to go along with it and it was very good too. I followed the recipe pretty closely except I used whole wheat flour and it still turned out delicious. Kids ages 5,3 & 1 gobbled it up.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I
I love this recipe for fried rice! We eat it at least 2 times a month and there are always leftovers for dh to take to work for a couple of days. I always keep chopped onions and peppers in the freezer that I flash freeze when I have extra fresh that I don't want to go bad. I use those and plain frozen peas plus I usually have carrots in the fridge. I use whatever else I have on hand from the recipe and this becomes a 'whenever' recipe that I don't have to buy ingredients for!
