I was raised in a household by 2 chefs, my mother being a pastry chef and my father being a sous chef. Throughout the years they have passed their traditions down to me. Although I am not a chef, I do have quite the kitchen and I love to experiment with cooking for my friends and family.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
If you do this one right, it pretty much tastes better than anything you would find in an italian restaurant around here. However, if you do it wrong, it's just dry and nothing but trouble.

Divine Summertime Chicken Sandwich
Made these for a picnic with the lady, bloody amazing. Served with chilled chardonnay.

Vegan Mexican Stew
the "seasoning salt" I used was actually peppered season-all seasoning salt by mcormicks.
