Chicken Chimichangas
This recipe needed tweeking a bit but it is a good place to start if you want Chimichangas to become a family favorite. We reduced the amount of rice in each chimi and changed the sauce to a white cheese sauce.

Australian BBQ Meatballs
This recipe is now part of our common rotation of favorites! Very tasty!! The meatballs actually get better the next day!

Easiest Ever Fruit Cobbler
This was OK, but not something I'd try again. It was too doughy and heavy.
