I had a seafood chowder craving so I decided to try this recipe based on the rating....I'm SUPER glad I did!! It turned out amazing!! I made some minor changes and it turned out just perfect. I browned 1lbs of bacon and sauteed white onions instead of green onions in the grease, saved the bacon for topping. I also stired in a 8 oz block of cream cheese and added 2 tablespoon of curry powder instead of the cayenne. I added 1 cup of chopped green onions near the end.
