Satiny Chocolate Glaze
Super quick and easy. I made it on the stovetop and I did not have any problems. I stirred it until all melted and poured over the cake. Definitely, make it again.

Death by Chocolate
I recipe that everyone loves and makes alot for a gathering. I make this alot for work functions and its the first dessert to be wiped out. Easy recipe and even can be made ahead. Just store in the freezer. I frozen the dessert and by the time it was being served, it was thawed and still cold. No ice or cooler needed.

Hermit Bar Cookies
I make this recipe at the holiday time. Simple and makes alot. this also reminds me of my Memere which would have very enjoyed them too. Adding the coffee makes it. Made the recipe as is and would not change it either.
