I'm a 26 year old new homeowner who works with BMW's at the family repair shop. I have a dog, a boyfriend, and a new kitchen that needs breaking in! I enjoy making fajitas, lomo saltado, cauliflower dishes, and many other delicious recipes! The traditional Thanksgiving/Christmas turkey made by my dad. He gets up super early and starts the BBQ and smokes the bird. Lomo Saltado with accompanying aji verde. It involved a deep-fryer and many many steps, and it came out wonderfully. Ha! My first bundt cake. There was crying involved with that one when the entire top ripped off when I tried to remove it from the pan :) And again when I attempted to actually frost it.
