Chicken Cordon Bleu II

FAntastic!!!! I DON'T EAT HAM SO I USED THE THIN SLICED TURKEY LUNCH MEAT AND IT WAS GREAT!!!! LOVE THIS RECIPE AND THE SAUCE IS EXCELLENT!!! I SEASONED THE CHICKEN WITH LAWRY'S SEASON SALT AND GARLIC SALT BEFORE COATING W/ FLOUR. PERFECT RECIPE!!!

Newport Clam Chowder

Grilled Salmon I

My hubby said this is probably the best salmon he has ever eaten! It took all of about 1 minute to mix the ingredients, place it all in a bag and marinate. THis is PERFECT!! I think I have found my next meal for company! Oh, and I made exactly as written. Wouldn't change a thing! Thank you :-)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This was excellent! I took other's advice....substituted onion soup mix in place of onions, used 1/2 cup milk, I used more crackers to get the consistancy I wanted. Oh, I put the meat in muffin tins with sauce on the bottom and on top. Next time may just spread on top before cooking though because I ended up having to scoop it out with a spatula before serving anyways. My 3 boys and dh all LOVED it!!! Can't mess up this recipe! Very versitile and absolutely delicious!

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

The best soup I have ever made! I wasn't too sure about a creamy version of turkey soup but it was outstanding!! I added alot more celery as well as celery salt, garlic powder, sage.....just threw some stuff in as I went but season how you like, or not and this soup will knock your socks off! My hubby and 3 picky boys complimented me after every bite! Seriously yummy!!

Puff Pastry Salmon

Okay, it doesn't specify but the spinach should definately be FRESH! If the dough is too thick, then roll it out a little before placing the ingredients inside. That way you can fit more ingredients inside too! Hope this helps.

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Wow, this dish is outstanding!!!! I took the advise of other reviwers and added about 1/2 pint of heavy cream, which was great! I didn't have the seasoned diced tomatoes so I added plenty of italian seasoning plus garlic. I am making this for the second night in a row.....even the three kids loved this!!!
