Turkey Shepherd's Pie
WHAT AN EXCELLENT WAY TO USE UP LEFTOVERS! THE KIDS LOVED IT TOO, IN FACT THEY DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE THEY WERE EATING INGREDIENTS THEY CLAIM THEY DON'T LIKE! FOLLOWED THE RECIPE EXACTLY AS WRITTEN, HOWEVER I DID THROW A HANDFUL OF SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT RECIPE!

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil
Wow, this dish is outstanding!!!! I took the advise of other reviwers and added about 1/2 pint of heavy cream, which was great! I didn't have the seasoned diced tomatoes so I added plenty of italian seasoning plus garlic. I am making this for the second night in a row.....even the three kids loved this!!!

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
The best soup I have ever made! I wasn't too sure about a creamy version of turkey soup but it was outstanding!! I added alot more celery as well as celery salt, garlic powder, sage.....just threw some stuff in as I went but season how you like, or not and this soup will knock your socks off! My hubby and 3 picky boys complimented me after every bite! Seriously yummy!!
