About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Chicken is one of my favorite foods. And I experiment a lot! I cant seem to make the same thing twice as I never remember what I put in it
My cooking tragedies
I was trying to make cream gravey for chicken. Instead of measuring the flour with a tablespoon, I just dumped some into the pan. IT was way to much the gravey was awful! Gravey is just way to easy for me to get a grasp on! I usually botch it

Turkey Potato Casserole
This recipe is great! My husband made it the day after thanksgiving with the leftovers. Nice and creamy and the onion gave it a nice crunch. I don't have canned veggies so used the beans we had left over as well. This is a keeper and will make it again! Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast
This was really good! I had to use canned cranberry not the whole ones but the sauce or jelly as did not have the dried cranberrys. Other than that I followed the recipie as stated. It did not need anything else! It was very good served over rice! I will be making this again!
