Raw Veggie Picnic Salad

Made this for my son's high school graduation party (we omitted the grated onion)...everyone raved. Definitely going to be a regular salad at our home!!

This was sooo easy! I usually have to wait to make acorn squash for an evening when I have extra time to let it bake. Well no more. Followed recipe but added 1t of maple syrup to the kid's halves with the butter and sugar. Tasted great and everyone ate it up.

Basil Shrimp

This was the best recipe!! Made it for guests and everyone loved it. Added 1 more clove of garlic and marinated only 1 hour. Took out to bring to room temp and grilled. Yum

Old-Fashioned Cheese Potatoes

Made this according to the recipe but substituted shredded cheddar instead of american and it was the best! (and easy too) We will never use the box stuff again!

Taco Cornbread Pizza

My family loves this! I mix taco meat and 1 can of fat free refried beans with a spoonful of Rotel and spread over the cornbread & warm. Add toppings-Tasty!
