Zeppole
I just finished making a batch for the first time and increased the sugar to 1 tbsp. It was very good but still needs more sugar in the batter. I will make them again but will increase the sugar even more next time.

Raisin Peanut Butter Bran Cookies
These cookies were great. Didn't taste like healthy food at all. I did change the cooking time to 10 minutes though and added 1 cup of melted chocolate chips to the batter instead of raisins.
