I am married with two married children. I work in the office of a large trucking company. My entire family is NHL Ducks fan and we have tailgate parties during the hockey season. My Mother & Dad are in their 80's and I cook a diabetic menu for both of my parents. I love to cook all kinds of food. Cookies, cakes, and brownies for dessert. I am always looking for something different for dinner.
