Tilapia is a nice fish, but this recipe doesn't enhance it in any way if you ask me. I've used much better recipes. I found the consistency of the topping a bit odd, not to mention difficult to apply to already hot fish. The flavor is okay, but nothing special. I might make this again for a really quick, simple meal for myself, but I would never make this for guests.

Like many others, I thought this combo sounded odd, but the reviews were so great...well, it lives up to the ratings. I think the amounts were good - the filling was perfect for the nunmber of tortillas and I liked the half and half mixture. I used queso blanco inside the burritos and did one pan of refried black beans and one pan of refried pinto beans. Topped both pans with enchilada sauce and served with sour cream, salsa, guac, green onions, jalapeno peppers, & crumbled queso fresco so everyone could adjust to their taste. They were a huge hit with everyone, including my friend who doesn't like sweet potatoes.

The cheesecake was really moist in the center after baking, but the consistency was great once it had chilled overnight. It did have a large crack when done - I've made a lot of cheesecakes too adn this was the worst I've seen, but I spread the whipped topping over the whole thing and shaved chocolate onto it so it looked fine. The taste was fabulous. I heard over and over at hte dinner party I took it to how it was the best dessert anyone had ever had. I highly recommend you share this with company (it's really rich as well).
