Everyone loved this lasagna - even my meat-eater of a husband! I'm only giving it 4 stars though because it needed the slight modifications suggested by others. I added nutmeg to the spinach mix and I used fresh herbs and fresh, steamed spinach. I also used a "Garden Vegetable" pasta sauce to make it even more flavorful. It was great.

I can't really give this recipe as it is a 5-star rating because it is only great with the modifications suggested by all the other reviewers! I made it with all those changes and it was fabulous. What I made, while it was based on this recipe, was NOT actually the same cake. Follow the modifications given in that one review that compiles all of them together & it will be fine. Everyone loved it at my house!

Excellent recipe. My whole family loved it. It cooked up perfectly (just make sure you follow the instructions carefully to insure your white sauce turns out properly). I added some grated cheddar and bread crumbs to the parmesan topping and I included a little sharp cheddar and cayenne to the casserole to spice it up a bit. Yummy!
