Taco Bake I
A very quick and filling app. I put pickled jalapenos on the top as "decoration." This is even better the next day. I usually scoop the leftovers into taco shells, and eat it like a soft taco topped with cheese and sour cream.

Special Deviled Eggs
I took these to a cookout.... and I was told "These are the best deviled eggs I have ever eaten. Even better than my grandmother's." Thanks for the great recipe!

Grilled Teriyaki Tuna
Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, just made a little less of it. I put the marinade and tuna steaks in a zip bag, and let them sit in the fridge for 45 minutes, turning them every 10. Some of the best tuna I have ever had!
