Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Mom's Meat Loaf

The recipe only asks for 1/2 lb. of beef so the loaves are really small. I wanted to use a whole pound so I doubled the batch and cooked it a little longer. I covered it with foil for half the baking time.

French Toast Casserole

Loved to be able to use a loaf of french bread that was going stale. It reminds me a lot of bread pudding but I didn't let it soak as long because I wanted the bread on top to be a little crunchy. Served it with maple syrup.

Oven Beef Stew
