OMG i was so sure about this, becuase sometimes i do not even like marsala, depending. but this was great. the pork was perfectly tender, and the sauce got better the more it sat out. i made it with roasted red potatoes (which i almost cook fully in microwave) then tossed with olive oil, fresh parsley, lots of garlic powder, a littel bit of crushed red pepper, salt & pepper. YUM. and with peas. This is a keeper, and ver impressive looking. Thanks.
