Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Outstanding recipe. Did not change a thing. Was a winner at home and also at work. Kept very moist. Would not chang a thing.

Banana Banana Bread
My family has always been huge fans of banana bread, so when I saw this recipe I decided to try something slightly different. Two days after I made this, my father sat down to have a piece and I was never so embarrassed...there was mold on the banana bread! Too many bananas is what I am thinking. I will stick with my "family favoerite" recipe, never had a problem with that one.

Easter Bread Ring
Bread was very easy to make, although I had to add more flour because the dough was way too sticky and the cooking time was only 25 minutes. Other thatn that I handed out the printed recipe to the girls at work along with a miniature braided wreath with one egg in the center. Everyone was very impressed. This one's a keeper.
