Italian Style Meatloaf I
I followed the recipe exactly, and it needs something, not sure what. Maybe it needs some sauteed onions or something, I'm not sure. Maybe just a package of Onion Soup Mix would help. Its not a bad base recipe but needs some doctoring.

Ann's Sister's Meatloaf Recipe
I made this recipe tonight. It was ok, not the greatest, but ok. Next time, I think I'll reduce the amount of meat, maybe down to 1 1/2 lbs and mix some onions into the ground beef. It needed something, just not sure.
