These cookies are fantastic. I can't believe how well they turned out. My best ever. I didn't modify the recipe at all, except I didn't have one full bag of chocolate chips on hand. I used a combo of choc and peanut butter chips. YUM!

Chocolate Gravy II

I tried making chocolate gravy for the first time this morning. Great recipe. My husband won't eat chocolate gravy, so I halved the recipe. The recalculated recipe called for 1/4c and 2 TBL of sugar, I only used 1/4c and left out the 2 TBL and it was plenty sweet. Tasty!

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

Awesome! I didn't have to make any changes and it turned out well. I poured it over a chocolate zucchini cake. Delicious!

Crispy Edamame

Amazingly Good Eggnog

This was my first attempt at homemade eggnog and it was awesome. Like another reviewer, I saved half the egg whites, beat them until stiff peaks formed and then stirred that into the mixture. I skipped the rum completely and used ground cloves instead of whole cloves. It was a hit and I look forward to my next batch.
