Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup
Very rustic. Delicious. Easy to make and very hearty. Easily adapted too, with whatever vegies you have on hand.

Crab Fried Rice
This rice is to die for. Reminded me of travelling in Thailand. I am making it tonight for the second time. I am using Jasmine rice and halving the amount of onions and chopping them in wedges, then in half again - they were a little large and too many last time. Yum, can't wait.

Jeera Fried Rice
Very easy and delicious rice, even without the cumin seeds (I used ground instead). Very fragrant. Next time I will try basmati rice for a completely authentic touch.
