Hash Brown Casserole I
I make this every year for Easter, however last year I didn't have potato chips or the "buttery" crackers for the top. Since I make mine with SHARP cheddar cheese. I used up the "cheesy square crackers" crushed and I will do it from now on. Oh and I use one can of soup.

Marinade for Steak I
I loved this marinade. I only did one little thing different. I added 1 teaspoon of mesquite liquid smoke to it. And it added just the right touch my husband was looking for. Will add to my recipe box and use again and again.
