BREAKSTONE'S Classic Cheesy Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
Absolutely delicious. I did make a couple modifications. I always shred my own cheese instead of buying it already grated...it's just so much creamier. Also, during the last 20 minutes of baking, add shredded pepper jack cheese and Durkee French Fried onions (instead of the crackers) all over the top and bake until the onions are golden brown. A delicious change to the traditional hash brown casserole.

Awesome recipe and so easy. I did add a couple pats of butter to the top and I added some milk to the recipe to make it moister. It was a big hit with everyone.

Sausage & White Bean Soup

YUM! YUM! YUM! This soup was delicious. It coculd have been a little thicker. Maybe less chicken stock, more beans. I used Chipotle Sausage instead of Italian because my grocery store didn't have italian and it was fabulous. Definitely add the rosemary...perfect.

This was so delicious & easy. I came across this recipe while looking for something to take to a potluck that I could put in a crockpot. Everyone raved about it. This is definitely a winner.

We LOVED this recipe. It was easy and absolutely delicious. Wouldn't change a thing. We had it a week ago, and my husband is still raving about it.

Caramel Bars

These were truly awesome...I brought them into work a couple weeks ago and everyone is still talking about them and asking for the recipe. I added a little more flour & oats to the second half of the dry mixture to make it a little more crumbly for the top, but otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing.

This is a great recipe. True comfort food! I modified slightly and added Cream of Chicken soup for half the Mushroom soup and added onion slices to the chicken and potatoes. I also used Red potatoes which added a little color to the dish! It was very declicious.

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2005
One of the best recipes I've ever made. This was the first time I've ever made a Beef Brisket. It was absolutely delicious and cery easy to make. I added cut up potatoes and carrots about 1 1/2 hours before it was done which gave it a meal all in itself. Would definitely make again. Even great as leftovers.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2005
This soup is absolutely awesome. I made it for the Super Bowl and everyone loved it. It's VERY easy to make and delicious. I added four chicken breasts rather than the two the recipe called for because my husband is a "meat" freak. I will definitely keep this in my "favorites" file.
