Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
This salad is absolutely delicious. I wouldn't change a thing...except to say you can make it anytime...not just a winter salad!!!

Au Gratin Potatoes
Awesome recipe and so easy. I did add a couple pats of butter to the top and I added some milk to the recipe to make it moister. It was a big hit with everyone.

Sausage & White Bean Soup
YUM! YUM! YUM! This soup was delicious. It coculd have been a little thicker. Maybe less chicken stock, more beans. I used Chipotle Sausage instead of Italian because my grocery store didn't have italian and it was fabulous. Definitely add the rosemary...perfect.
