Tex-Mex Quinoa Salad

Excellent recipe, I substituted fresh tomatoes for canned, other than that I followed the recipe. It is really good hot on a tortilla in place of meat or as a cold salad, keeps well in fridge.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Excellent recipe, the vinegar adds a nice touch. The only change I made was to use half the sugar and just a few tablespoons of cheese.

So So good. I accidentally left them to rise 2 hours in the last stage of rising and it still turned out great. I have made cinnamon buns a few times over the years but I have never ever had them come close to looking as good as these ones did.

The Best Steak Marinade

Great recipe except I did not add any oil at all. I only had it marinade for 2 hours and it was still awesome. I am making it again today and am excited to see how it will taste marinating for the whole day.

Apple Pie Filling

5 Stars with only 3-4 cups of water. I read other reviews and cut the water down to 4 cups to 18 cups of apples and you could still reduce to 3 cups. Easy to make and turned out great, I used a variety of apples from many different neighbors and it tasted great in the end. I also reduced the sugar to 2 cups as I wanted something on the less sweet side. A great recipe.

Quick and Easy Brownies

Great Recipe! I made the brownies with only 3 eggs and 1 1/4 cup of flour as suggested by a previous review. They were most, chewy and fudgy, could not be better!

Sourdough Bread II

I thought that this recipe was excellent, it tasted great. I did also have a little extra flour left over but the final 2 loaves that I made were very good and rose well. This was my first attempt at making sourdough and I will continue to use this recipe.
