German Baby
This is a keeper! I add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla to the batter and its perfect! I bake this is my 9" cast iron skillet for 20 min at 400, and it comes out perfectly cooked. It tastes like a thick crepe to me, and is just delicious.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
By far, the best banana bread recipe on this site! I also creamed the butter with the sugar, added 1 cup mashed bananas, touch of cinnamon and a touch of lemon juice. Certainly one of the most moist and flavourful banana breads I have ever made. As I have a convection oven, I adjusted the oven temp to 300 and baked for about an hour. Perfection!

Zucchini in Sour Cream Sauce
I was abit sceptical about this one, and how it could be "that good". But, I was pleasantly surprised. This recipe truly lives up to its ratings, and is definitely a keeper...5 stars!
