Lemon Rosemary Salmon
followed recipe as is, only modification was to oil fish a little with olive oil as per others' advice. Excellent! Makes a very nice presentation too!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
I had to "half" recipe from 6 to 3 (actually for just 2), but it came out just fine. One change: did not have any paprika, so used very little salt for recipe and sprinkled seasoned salt instead of paprika on top before baking, worked just as well, if not better.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops
made recipe as called for, did add a bit more butter as most every else seemed to do also, and did add a teaspoon of pure maple syrup as someone suggested. Came out very nice. I took people's warnings about the honey burnng so I added the pecans to the pan first, and did that for about a minute or two, then added honey/maple syrup mixture. This way the nuts took some of the heat out of the pan so the syrup did not burn or get too dark.
