Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops
made recipe as called for, did add a bit more butter as most every else seemed to do also, and did add a teaspoon of pure maple syrup as someone suggested.
Came out very nice.
I took people's warnings about the honey burnng so I added the pecans to the pan first, and did that for about a minute or two, then added honey/maple syrup mixture. This way the nuts took some of the heat out of the pan so the syrup did not burn or get too dark.
