Beefburger Parcels

This was very good! I had trouble getting the parcels to stay together but I think it was my own inexperience with puff pastry. The red grape sauce tasted so good on it!

Fantastic!! I don't like peppers so I substituted thinly sliced carrots. Husband raved about it, said it was as good as takeout!

Easy Company Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2006
This was great!! I cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. I used a smaller dish (8x8) so I had to cook it almost an hour. Next time I won't do that! I read the reviews first so I used 1 can of soup (cream of chicken and mushroom) and 8oz of chicken broth. I also added a little garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper, and I used a lot more curry, almost 3tsp. I served it with rice and steamed broccoli, we ate it all up. Thanks!

Don't Want to Cook Monday Chicken

great starting point! I made the following changes - used 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of broccoli soup, and added sauteed whole mushrooms and garlic to the broccoli. My husband RAVED about it. thanks!

Beef Burgundy II

Reviewed: May 20, 2006
This was very good! I skipped sauteeing all the veggies and only did the onions and mushrooms together. I thought there would be way too much butter otherwise. Besides that I didn't deviate, it was wonderful and I could definitely taste the burgundy!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

I could tell during cooking that this was going to be a bit bland so I doubled (at least, I just guessed) the worchestershire sauce, and ended up stirring in a cup of sour cream. It turned out like stroganoff. Very easy. I'll make it again!

Easy Crab Linguine

Excellent! I added a little more parmesan cheese (definitely use fresh!) and this made a lot. I will probably halve it next time. Great recipe though!
