Dijon Crusted Halibut
Gave the fish good flavor, but I thought it came out a little too salty. could be the mayo-mustard mixture. Next time I won't drench the fish in the mixture before breading it.

Baked Spaghetti I
I really like this recipe because it was both creamy and hearty. Hearty from the tomato based meat sauce and creamy from the mushroom sauce topping. The best of both worlds! I snuck more veggies in though.

Caldo Verde (Portuguese Green Soup)
This soup had good flavor, but it was a little too thick than what I'm used to. I added another cup of water to thin it out and added a little more salt because of that. I didn't find it affected the flavor. Next time I would use less potato.
