Oven Fried Chicken IV
Great recipe. I've tried a lot of oven fried chicken recipes, and this one is by far the best. I use drumsticks without the skin. Like some of the other cooks, I put some seasonings into the sour cream, and I change the crust to whatever I have on hand. I also like to mix a little Parmesan cheese into it when I use bread crumbs. Yummy

Habanero Hellfire Chili
This Chili has amazing flavor. I alternated it only slightly to use up the tomato products that I had in the pantry. I used three cans diced tomatoes, one full 6 oz can tomato paste and two cans of tomato sauce instead of what the recipe had. Before I mixed the fresh vegetables in with everything else, I cooked them over a medium heat for about five minutes in some of the fat left over from the meats. For people like me who can't handle a lot of heat, this chili is extremely hot, but my boyfriend loves it. I can't resist the wonderful flavors made by the mix of meat and peppers, so to cool it down for me I mix in a bit of corn and top it with sour cream. It took first place in the company chili cookoff. Thank you Edd for a great chili recipe.

Tasty Baked Meatballs
I'm sorry to say that these meatballs were not moist at all, they were quite mushy. I am normally a fan of baked meatballs, and I've tried quite a few recipes, this being my least favorite. I followed the recipe to a T, and they just came out very mushy, not sure if it was the soup or too many eggs. For my second tray I added some stuffing mix to try and salvage the meatballs, this made them ok, but still not great. Will not be making again.
