Apple Crisp II

This was the yummiest apple crisp ever!! I didn't melt the butter , just used room temp and incorporated it in the flour/ oatmeal mixture. It made a ton and my family gladly ate it for days! Good hot or cold. I plan on making it again tonight :)

Sooo good! I've made it several times and my husband says I should make a double or triple batch next time. I cook it on a cast iron skillet and look forward to trying it on the grill.

Key Lime Cheesecake I

Soo good!! I've made it several times and it is wonderful every time. I serve it with whipped cream and raspberry sauce. I also added 1 t of cinnamon to the crust, it really adds a great flavor that works well with the lime.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Sooo good. Taste exactly like the mall ones! I did have to add 5T additional water. They where really fun to make and my kids loved creating their own shapes with the dough. Thanks so much for the recipe_ I will no longer spend big bucks getting my 4 kids the mall ones- they liked these better. And I didn't add the butter after cooking so I felt better about eating them.

Child-Proof Sugar Cookies

These taste wonderful. I did have to adjust the recipe a little. I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 veg. shortening (reg. not butter flav.) and I added 1/4 cup of water. I mixed it with my kitchen-aid on high and the dough was fluffy and soft. These cookies have a wonderful light crumbly texture. I really like them and will definitely use them again. I made snowflake cut outs and used an icing that hardens with some sugar sprinkled. Very pretty and yummy!

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake

Yummy! I used peanut butter/ milk chocolate chips and it turned out great. I did use a different crust - more of a shortbread type(from Company Cheesecake - also really great!) The bake time was right on and it turned out perfect. A super peanut butter cheesecake that I will definitely make again!!!

Company Cheesecake

Soo good!! I made it for a family gathering and just got a request to bring it again. Very easy to make. I've made a few different recipes and this is by far our favorite. Filling is yummmm!
