Chunky Seafood Chowder
I made this with fat free half and half and doubled the amount of imitation crab meat. My husband loved it. It came together very quickly. I served it with grilled ham and cheese sandwiches to round out the meal.

Fourth of July Ice Cream Cake
My family loved this cake and requested I make it again soon. I used Cool Whip for the frosting and baked the angel food cake from a mix. I froze the baked cake slightly to make it easier to cut.

Pasta Lasagna
Wow. Really good and easy. My 13-year-old daughter who doesn't like lasagna liked this. And it was really good in my lunch the day after.
