Amaretto Cake
I fixed this for my Mother's 82nd birthday dinner and it was a big hit!! I thought the glaze idea was a little weird and I, too, agree, when you put the cake on the plate after taking it out of the pan, it looks boring. So I just dusted it with powdered sugar!

Pork and Cabbage Soup
I did not taste the cabbage at all. And it was rather bland. My husband did not care for it. Maybe with cajun seasoning as was suggested and less potatoe, I may try again. It did make a lot of soup.
