Caramel Corn III
Dangit, this is a real "diet-buster". So good fresh out of the oven. EASY to make. The baking soda is the key to keeping the candy light and crunchy and easy to chew! YUM!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
OH MY GOSH...this recipe is LETHAL. Heed all warnings...it IS addicting. I also added a little vanilla extract and used chopped pecans instead of walnuts *southerners don't do walnuts, we do pecans*...I have grown up on banana nut bread but this one is the best by far. I used half butter and half oil, but think next time, will just use all butter. It's TO DIE FOR YAWL!

Glazed Lemon Supreme Pound Cake
GREAT recipe...I add the zest of a whole lemon to the cake and the zest of another lemon to the glaze and it is WONDERFUL...
