White Bean Chicken Chili
Thank you for this recipe!
My husband and I almost always use the left-over meat from a roast chicken to make this.... it's worth roasting a chicken just to enjoy this chili! :-)
We've made this chili following the exact recipe, as well as using additional diced tomatoes as a substitute for the hard to find tomitillos. It's delicious either way.
A wonderful, satifying chili... especially on cold days.
