Rotisserie Chicken Chili With Hominy & Chiles
Thank you for this recipe! My husband and I had found something similar in a Back Packer magazine... but lost the mag and feared we wouldn't be able to come up with something nearly as good. Your recipe was just what we were looking for!! The only adjustment we made was to use slightly less broth so that we could serve the chili on tortillas - burrito style. Excellent! Thanks again!

White Bean Chicken Chili
Thank you for this recipe! My husband and I almost always use the left-over meat from a roast chicken to make this.... it's worth roasting a chicken just to enjoy this chili! :-) We've made this chili following the exact recipe, as well as using additional diced tomatoes as a substitute for the hard to find tomitillos. It's delicious either way. A wonderful, satifying chili... especially on cold days.

Easy Roasted Pork
Thank you for this recipe! It is one of my husbands "all time favorites". We use this recipe quite often. I use my mother-in-law's homemade applesauce, and pork tender loin to make it extra special. The pork is tender and flavorful every time! Thanks again!
