Slow Cooker London Broil
I added a splash of Worchestershire and red wine vinegar as suggested by others, and it was delicious.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
Delicious and simple as is. I bake them in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes or so, and they are great.

Kielbasa and Veggies
Very tasty. I prepped it in the morning and threw it in the oven when we were ready to make it. I substituted the lemon pepper with Spicy Montreal Steak seasoning, and added some portabella mushrooms. Turned out very nicely.
