Pasta Primavera Sauce

Very tasty. It was a bit to salty. I will add less salt next time. I added the veggies when I cooked the pasta. Even then the broccoli was still a little to overdone.

No-Fry Spicy Potato Skins

Tasty treat. Next time I will leave more potato on the skin. I used the seasoning sparingly and left the skin a little bland. Will use more next time.

This was pretty good. I did not add fructose because jelly soup just didn't sound appetizing. My son did not like the spinach in it. A little too much red pepper.

Very good pie. Next time I will use a pre-cooked pie crust. I did discover that it's worth the extra trouble to get out the mixer for merangue. Takes too long by hand.

Applesauce Brownies I

Very moist and tasty. However, a jelly roll pan was not big enough for this recipe. The brownie mixture made a huge mess at the bottom of my oven. Will use a larger pan next time.

Banana Yogurt Pie

If I could give this no stars I would. The worst recipe I have tried. The filling never firmed up. This created a huge mess on the floor of my car when I brought this to a friend's house for dinner. Will NEVER try this recipe again.

Apple Crumble Pie

Very easy to make. I fried the apples on very low heat while slicing all the apples. I also screwed up with the crumble, so instead of crumble it was a sauce. But everything turned out just fine.
