Crescent-Wrapped Brie
i made this as a tryout using half the pack of croissant roll and a wedge of brie with truffles. i modified it slightly and topped the cheese with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, a dash of salt and a tsp of brown sugar. after sealing it i added small pieces of butter on the outer crust and drizzled honey. it was awesome. this was paired with some smoked salmon and granny smith apples. i plan on making this for our upcoming christmas gathering.

Vanilla Glaze
I made this glaze for my cream cheese croissants this past holiday and it was a big hit. I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and added more milk. A little milk really does go a long way however you have to be careful when adding in order to get it to the right consistency. Thanks for sharing.

Magic Cookie Bars II
i made this last night and it turned out really good. my pan was slightly bigger then a 9x13 so i had to add a little more of the ingredients. to offset all the sweetness, i used unsweetened coconut flakes. i'm glad i did because my 2nd batch was much more sweeter than the first since i decided to add a little more milk. i'll be making these for my Xmas eve gathering this week.
